For years, I fooled many people into thinking I was just another "Jackass" by doing stupid things like this. Why? To prove a point. So here's the honest truth behind my stupidity... I was never an ordinary stuntman and they didn't call me "Mr. Safety" for nothing. In the past, I made videos that would appeal to "Jackass" fans because many of them were duplicating their stunts and getting hurt for attention. So by doing these kinds of videos, I was able to take these kids who were hurting themselves and show them that you don't have to hurt yourself to have fun. This video was proof to them that there was another way. Plus, the adults who didn't understand what I was really doing would criticize me which fueled my credibility with the youth. HERE'S THE HIDDEN MESSAGE I GAVE TO THE YOUTH: Did you notice the little white tag on the power cord in the beginning? You can't see it that well, but it says "Gotcha!" on it. After I stuck my hands in the toaster, I popped the toast back up, then there's a video cut. Did you notice that the toast was cooking again, but this time the cord didn't have the little white message on it? That was because the first cord was a DUMMY! The dummy cord was the power cord to my video camera and the actual toaster cord was hanging down by the fridge. Don't believe everything you see... that's why they call these "stunts". This video was made for all those people out there that called me a "jackass", without knowing who I really am. GOTCHA! BTW ...
